Who we are
PCFC adheres to the Bible and the affirmations of Presbyterianism and Protestantism, confessing the Holy Scriptures as the Word of God and the only perfect rule of faith, doctrine, and conduct. It also affirms the historic confessions of the Christian Church, particularly the Apostles' Creed and Nicene Creed, while emphasizing the Lord's Prayer and the sovereignty of the Word of God.
To declare our faith and propagate the Word of God through worship and discipleship, and to build a community of faithful believers grounded in love for God and neighbour. (Matthew 28:19; Mark 12:30 to 31)
Growing in faith and seeking knowledge and wisdom from God through the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ; ensuring our worship, preaching, Bible study, and service rely totally and completely on the Holy Scriptures; adding to our faith virtue, and to our virtue knowledge; and loving the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and our neighbours as ourselves. (John 14:6; 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:5)

PCFC begins as a small prayer cell, gathering to seek God together.
January 5, 2020First Sunday worship service at McKernan Community Hall, with 15 adults and 17 children and youth.
- February 24, 2020
Formally named and federally incorporated as the Presbyterian Christian Fellowship in Canada.
February 2020 to March 2024The fellowship worships in rented spaces, including McKernan Community Hall, Sugar Swing Ballroom, Strathcona Community Hall, and North Millbourne Community Hall, which served as its home through this season.

PCFC receives charitable status, a milestone in its growing ministry.
- The pandemic years
Through COVID-19, the church continued online, strengthened by lay preachers and the dedicated ministry of Rev. Theresia Ndofor, Rev. Dr. Prudence Neba, and Rev. Oliver Kondeh Ndula.
May 2022Rev. Oliver Kondeh Ndula begins serving as part-time pastor.
- March 10, 2024
After viewing more than 60 properties between 2022 and 2024, God opened the door for PCFC to secure its permanent home at 4246 91A Street NW, Edmonton. The first service was held there on March 10, with the dedication service following on March 31, 2024.
June 8 to 15, 2025PCFC celebrates five years of faith, fellowship, and service, looking ahead with hope and gratitude.
TodayPCFC is a vibrant, community-focused ministry, with men’s, women’s, youth, Sunday School, Praise Team, and Heavenly Harmony Choir ministries, alongside worship services, Bible studies, outreach, welfare support, and community service. Ebenezer: thus far the Lord has helped us.
