Servant leaders called to shepherd PCFC
Our leadership organs are the Congregation, the Session, the Board of Directors, the Board of Trustees, the Pastor(s), and our Christian Fellowship Groups and Ministries. Leadership follows this order:
- Pastor
- Chair of the Congregation and Session
- Chair Board of Directors
- Chair Board of Trustees
- Congregational Secretary
- Treasurer
The Session
Spiritual & Executive OrganThe Session is the spiritual and executive body of PCFC, composed of the Pastor(s), the elected Chair of the Congregation and Session, and elected elders who are called to serve Christ with integrity, wisdom, and faithfulness. Guided by Scripture, the Session preserves biblical doctrine, nurtures the spiritual well-being of the congregation, promotes unity, oversees worship, membership, discipleship, evangelism, and church ministries, and provides governance for the church. Through prayerful and servant leadership and pastoral care, the Session seeks to build a Christ-centred community where believers grow in faith, serve with purpose, and reflect God’s love, upholding the mission of PCFC and guiding the congregation in fulfilling God’s calling.

Let all that you do be done in love. — 1 Corinthians 16:14
Board of Directors
Stewards of resourcesThe Board of Directors are nominated by the congregation and appointed by the Session to serve as faithful stewards of the church’s resources, supporting the mission of PCFC through responsible management of finances, property, human resources, and administration. Working closely with the Session, the Board ensures that church facilities are maintained, financial obligations are met, and resources are used wisely to advance God’s work. Through accountability, transparency, and servant leadership, they create a strong foundation that enables worship, discipleship, outreach, and ministry to flourish, sustaining a healthy, thriving church where God is glorified and His people are equipped to serve.

Board of Trustees
Custodians of entrusted assetsThe Board of Trustees are nominated by the congregation and appointed by the Session to serve as faithful custodians of the church’s legal and entrusted assets, ensuring that all property, investments, and funds held in trust are managed with integrity, wisdom, and accountability. Working in partnership with the Board of Directors and under the authority of the Session and the congregation, they safeguard church resources for present and future ministry. Through responsible stewardship, compliance with legal requirements, and careful protection of assets held in trust, the Trustees help preserve the mission of PCFC, enabling the congregation to continue serving God and advancing His Kingdom for generations to come.
